Struggling with food and weight isn’t just about what’s on the scales, what you choose to eat, or whether you get moving.
It’s knowing how important your health is and the impact it’s having on your life, while not understanding why something that seems so straightforward can be so hard.
It becomes part of how you think, how you feel, and how you experience everyday life.
Where would you like to start?
For the most part, the world around food and weight is very clear. It's calories, scales, diets and exercise and none of that is wrong. But when they stop being the only place we look for answers, other questions start to appear.
Thrive is a space for that curiosity, to explore those questions, look beyond the usual solutions and better understand what is happening in our own experience.
What I’ve found is that those questions can lead to real shifts in our relationship with food, weight and ourselves. Andrew Wood
Weight Loss
Most conversations about weight loss focus on what to do. Thrive explores the experiences that sit behind the decisions we make, and the way they shape our relationship with food, ourselves and change.
