  • No, counselling services are not covered under the Medicare program.

    My approach focuses on the mindset and behavioral shifts that foster sustainable, lasting change. Rather than providing specific meal plans or workout routines, I believe that true transformation comes from understanding your choices and integrating health seamlessly into your life — without a strict set of rules.

  • To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please reach out to me via phone and/or email.

    I understand that unexpected circumstances arise and I strive to accommodate my clients' needs. However, I kindly request that you respect my time and practice.

    Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the session fee. Thank you for your understanding.

    However, there are a few rare exceptions where confidentiality may be breached. If I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, or if required by law (such as mandatory reporting laws for child safety), I may need to disclose certain information.
